Highland area police briefs for June 8-14

HPD misdemeanor warrant arrests

▪ Clinton L. Sensabaugh Sr., 52, of Highland was arrested on June 11 on two warrants. He was wanted by both Troy and Collinsville police for failure to appear in court on charges of driving while unlicensed.

▪ Christopher L. Kelsay, 36, of Collinsville was arrested by HPD following a traffic stop on June 12. Kelsay had four warrants out for his arrest. He was wanted by Illinois State Police for failure to appear in court on a charge of operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. He was wanted by Pontoon Beach police on a charge of driving while having a suspended/revoked license. He was wanted by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic battery, and he was wanted by Troy police for failure to appear in court on a seat belt violation.

June 8

▪ Stacy D. Ross, 41, of Breese was charged with failure to stop/yield at a sign.

June 9

▪ Sandy L. Vosholler, 48, of Highland was charged with with failure to stop/yield at a sign and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

▪ Rebekah B. Paschedag, 25, of Moro was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

June 10

▪ Lisa M. Laskowski, 31, of Troy was charged with speeding.

▪ Alexander A. Webb, 22, of Troy was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

June 11

▪ A juvenile, 17, of Highland was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.

June 12

▪ David B. Koller, 34, of Fairmont City was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.

▪ Ameir Movajah, 26, of Collinsville was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and having a suspended/revoked vehicle registration.

June 13

▪ Nathan T. Heldenbrand, 28, of Highland was charged with obstructing a peace officer for allegedly interfering with an officer who attempting to clear a bar at closing time.

▪ Joshua M. Cooley, 25, of Highland was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly striking another person.

June 14

▪ No tickets issued.
