Highland area police briefs for June 15-21

HPD felony warrant arrest

▪ Lanell Carr, 46, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on June 18 on a felony fugitive from justice warrant. He was wanted by Clayton, Mo., authorities on a theft charge.

HPD misdemeanor warrant arrest

▪ Daniel L. Unger Highland, 22, was arrested on June 18 on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a theft charge.

June 15

▪ No tickets issued.

June 16

▪ Matthew K. Fox, 37, of Highland was charged with criminal trespass to land for allegedly being at an apartment on Suppiger Lane owned by Terra Properties after having been told previously not to be there.

▪ Clifton C. Roberson, 21, of Highland was charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

June 17

▪ No tickets issued.

June 18

▪ Greg L. Kapp, 38, of Alhambra was charged with criminal damage to property for allegedly placing something in the gas tank of a vehicle at 8th and Laurel Streets on June 13.

▪ Matthew K. Fox, 37, of Highland was charged with two counts of criminal trespass to land for allegedly being at the same apartment on Suppiger Lane where he had been cited for trespassing on June 16.

▪ A juvenile, 17, of Highland was charged with driving without a valid license, possession of drug equipment and possession of tobacco by a minor.

June 19

▪ Douglas E. Nemsky, 40, of Troy was charged with criminal trespass to land for allegedly trespassing at Walmart.

▪ A juvenile, 16, of Highland was charged with having too many passengers (five) in violation of driver’s license restrictions.

▪ Robert J. Elling, 55, of Breese was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

June 20

▪ Derik T. Payne, 29, of Highland was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

June 21

▪ No tickets issued.
