National Alliance on Mental Illness Southwestern Illinois (NAMI SWI) — 7-8:30 p.m. Online via Zoom. Virtual support meetings for family members and other caregivers of individuals with mental illness. Meetings are peer-led and rely on the knowledge and experiences of the group to help one another. St. Clair County Genealogical Society — 7 p.m. Online via Zoom. Program: “Our Role in the 1950 Census.” FamilySearch and the National Genealogical Society have a unique crowdsourcing project to make the 1950 U.S. census easier for everyone to search and discover their family connections. This meeting summarizes the project to bring 150 million records of the individuals on the census’ tens of thousands of digital images to be available online and freely searchable, and the role individuals and societies will play. A musical adventure begins with Stephanie Childress at the helm of Jean Sibelius’ “En Saga.” Pianist Awadagin Pratt returns to Powell Hall for the first time in 20 years to give the SLSO premiere of Jessie Montgomery’s Piano Concerto. Saint Louis Zoo Job Fair — 9-10:30 a.m. Saint Louis Zoo, The Living World, North Entrance, One Government Drive, St. Louis. Job fair for those interested in part-time work at the Zoo. In addition to spring, summer and fall employees, seeking applicants who have immediate availability. Ana Vidović began her international performing career at the age of 11 and has since become one of the most recognizable names in classical guitar. HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Highland Drive-Thru Health Fair — 6-11 a.m. both days. Highland-Pierron Fire Department, 12611 Iberg Road, Highland. Includes Comprehensive Blood Screenings ($45), 10-hour fast required; Prostatic-Specific Antigen Screenings ($15); Hemoglobin A1C ($10); Vitamin D Screening ($15). Please wear short-sleeved shirts and coats that are easily removed to make the process easier.
