Highland area police briefs for July 6-12

HPD felony warrant arrest
Anthony M. Acinelli, 18, of Highland was arrested by Highland police on July 10 on a felony warrant from Clinton County on an unspecified drug charge. No further information was available.
HPD misdemeanor warrant arrest
A juvenile, 16, of Highland was arrested on July 8 on a warrant. No further information was available.

▪ Nicholas W. Barry, 22, of Marine was charged with possession of drug equipment.

▪ Matthew K. Fox, 37, of Highland was charged with criminal trespass to land for allegedly being at an apartment on Suppiger Lane owned by Terra Properties after having been told previously not to be there. He has been cited by Highland police three other times in recent weeks for allegedly having trespassed at the same location.
July 10
▪ A juvenile, 16, of Highland was charged with criminal trespass to land for allegedly trespassing at the Square.
▪ A juvenile, 17, of Highland was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
▪ Ryan P. McKinnon, 21, of Highland was charged with a muffler violation.
▪ Ethan D. Householder, 24, of St Louis, Mo., was charged with having an expired vehicle registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

▪ Kemberly Garver, 48, of Highland was charged with having an suspended/canceled registration.
