Troy Police Department to host kickball tournament for Special Olympics

The Troy Police Department will be hosting a fundraiser, “Kickin’ For The Fences,” on Aug. 8 to support Special Olympics.

The event is a double-elimination kickball tournament beginning at 9 a.m. at the Tri-Township Park in Troy. Teams consisting of 10-12 players, minimum of four females, will play seven innings of a favorite playground game. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
