Grantfork UCC Youth Group

Grantfork United Church of Christ is very happy to announce a new Youth Group for our youth that have been confirmed and are high school age.

They will be known as G.I.F.T. (Growing In Faith Together) Group.

Interested individuals are asked to text Carla Rinderer 618-699-9811. The first meeting will be on Sunday, Dec. 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Educational Building.

Wreaths Across America

Order your wreath this week if you wish to honor in remembrance a local veteran.

Remember and honor veterans who are no longer with us. Place a wreath on the grave of a local veteran.

This year wreaths will be placed on the graves at the Grantfork UCC Cemetery. The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 16.

The cost of a wreath is $17.

Grantfork Welcomes Rev. Nancy Brooks

Reverend Nancy Brooks will take over the ministry of Grantfork UCC as Pastor Tim Dalmour-Paul has retired.

A committee has been formed to search for a permanent minister.

Pastor Tim had been with the church for 11 years.

Rev. Brooks has been ordained for over 25 years and is originally from Highland.

Paperless Billing/Automatic Payments

The Village of Grantfork is offering paperless billing and automatic payment options for all local customers.

This is available to anyone paying for water only or also for trash and sewer.

This will help streamline services and guarantee that you receive your statement in a timely manner.
