Snow Removal
During heavy snow days, village snow plows will clean off the streets.
If at all possible, please park off the street to make it easier for the snow plows to get through.
Roads Were Closed
Mother Nature played havoc with the weather this week leaving a number of vehicles in the ditches due to icy conditions. It was necessary for the state road crews to close some roads until they could get cars back on the roads and the pavement cleared.
This follows in the wake of broken water lines a few days earlier necessitating the need to shut off water to many residents for a day.
Wednesday morning the area woke up to a heavy fog.
Just remember some years ago when the snow came up to our car door handles. Welcome to winter 2024.
