60th Anniversary: Leonard & Jean Lindgens
Leonard and Jean Lindgens of New Douglas invite family and friends to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8 at the New Douglas Community Center.
Light refreshments will be served. A musical program featuring Forgiven, a gospel quartet from Vandalia, will begin at 3 p.m., along with singing by some family members. The couple requests no gifts.
The couple was married on Aug. 6, 1955 at the Staunton United Methodist Church by the Rev. Fred Murray.
