Grantfork Email Newsletter

Marrissa Shoemaker Dunn would like to start an email newsletter in the village if there is enough interest in it.

She is asking anyone interested in having the newsletter to sign up by sending your name and email address to marissa.g.dunn@gmail.com.

This will be a no-reply email listing village meetings, issues affecting citizens and village happenings. Email addresses will not be shared with anyone.This will be a public service project and will not cost anything.

Grantfork 75th Homecoming

Grantfork will hosting its 75th Homecoming Friday, Aug. 16, and Saturday, Aug. 17.

Come join the fun and check out the biggest and best children’s parade around. Be amazed at how this small community goes all out to put on this wonderful children’s parade. The theme this year is “When I Grow Up.” The parade starts at 6:30 p.m. on both days.

A free dance begins at 8 p.m. Rock the night away with the bands Money Shot on Friday night and Benders & Backroads on Saturday night.

Also available will be a bounce house for the kids, bingo games for the adults, a lot of great food, cold beer, soda and water. Treat your sweet tooth to some hand dipped ice cream. There will be something for everyone at the Grantfork Homecoming.

Homecoming Softball Tournament

Starting at 9 a.m. Friday Aug. 17, and Saturday, Aug. 18, Grantfork will host a men’s softball game and a co-ed softball game. Come out and cheer on your local team.
