Madison County HCE plans international night on the Baltics

Madison County Home and Community Education director Eleanor Gregory has put together a program of enlightening talk, song, dance and a tasting of food representing the Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. This event is set for Monday, Oct. 12 at the Farm Bureau Auditorium, 900 Hillsboro in Edwardsville (back entrance), and the highlights MCAHCE Week. Registration is at 6 p.m., with the tasting set to begin at 6:30.

The public is invited. RSVP with a check made out to MCAHCE for $3, and send it to Maureen Betts, 5054 Old Carpenter Road, Edwardsville, IL 62025. The deadline to register is Oct. 7.
