EvUCC to hold chicken dinner

Evangelical United Church of Christ, 2520 Poplar St. in Highland, will hold its family-style chicken dinner on Sunday, Oct. 4. Severing will run from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with carry-outs available until 5 p.m. Cost for adults and carry-outs is $9.50; children ages 4-11 are $5; children 3 and under eat free.
