Trio to be inducted into GCBA Hall of Fame
Darrell Rinderer of Highland, Ken Monken of Trenton and Ron Hellmann of Bartelso will be inducted into the Greater Carlyle Carlyle Bowling Association 9th Annual Hall of Fame and Awards Banquet at Michael’s Restaurant in Highland on Saturday, Nov. 7. The banquet will be a casual event held in conjunction with the awards presentation for Honor Scores and Tournament Winners for the 2014-2015 bowling season.
The Greater Carlyle Bowling Association represents 12 bowling centers including Baden Bowl (New Baden) Junction City Bowl (Centralia), Bartelso Bowl, Grantfork Bowl, 4th Street Lanes (Greenville) Hank’s Bowl (Trenton), Hi Top Bowl (Highland), Mascoutah Community Lanes, Poplar Junction Lanes (Highland), Salem Bowl, St. Jacob Lanes, Vandalia Bowl and V & H Recreation (Breese).
The public is invited with advance tickets reserved by Oct. 28 for $15 or $20 at the door. Tickets may be reserved from GCBA Manager Tim Rutz at 654-9840 or by email at trutz@charter.net. All tickets will be held at the door.
Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. and will be followed by the buffet dinner and program.
