Highland area police briefs for Oct. 26-Nov. 1

HPD misdemeanor warrant arrests
▪ Alison L. Kreup, 26, of Highland was arrested on Oct. 26 on an HPD warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while having a suspended license. She posted bond.
▪ Elizabeth A. Schwarz, 53, of Highland was arrested on Oct. 28 on an HPD warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of theft, not having a valid vehicle registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Jonathan D. Davis, 23, of Marine was arrested by HPD on Oct. 29 on a warrant from Macoupin County for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while having a suspended license. He posted bond. Highland police additionally charged him with driving while having a suspended/revoked license, having an expired vehicle registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Katlin L. Streeb, 25, of Highland was arrested by HPD on Oct. 30 on a warrant from Macoupin County for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs.

▪ Diann M. Westerberry, 42, of Highland was charged with having an expired vehicle registration.
Oct. 27
▪ Bradford J. Voss, 55, of Highland was charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
Oct. 28
▪ Sarah E. Walker, 32, of Highland was charged with having an unrestrained animal.
▪ Robert T. Paschall, 70, of O’Fallon was charged with failure to yield when merging into traffic.
▪ Jennifer D. Cross, 34, of Highland was charged with having an expired vehicle registration.
▪ A juvenile, 17, of Highland was charged with violation of driver’s license restriction.
Oct. 29
▪ No other tickets issued.
Oct. 30
▪ Matthew S. McNeilly, 21, of Highland was charged with driving without a valid license and possession of cannabis.
▪ James W. Pike, 24, of Highland was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.
▪ Christopher D. Landolt, 28, of Highland was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
