Donate blood, get a St. Louis Rams T-shirt

Donors with all blood types are needed, and especially those with types O negative, B negative, A negative and AB blood. To make an appointment to donate blood, download the free Red Cross Blood Donor App from app stores, visit redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767). Donors can now use the Blood Donor App to access their donor card and view vital signs from previous donations.

▪ Nov. 16 from 1 to 7 p.m., VFW Post 5694 Hall, 1900 VFW Lane in Highland. This is a St. Louis Rams blood drive, and all presenting donors will get a Rams T-shirt.

▪ Nov. 16 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Hamel Community Building, 10 Park Ave. in Hamel.

▪ Nov. 23 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Korte Recreation Center, 1 Nagel Drive in Highland.

▪ Nov. 25 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 575 N. Main St. in Breese.

▪ Nov. 16 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 105 E. Illinois St. in New Baden.
