Highland Business Women plan holiday homes tour

The Highland IFBW is hosting a Twilight Holiday Home Tour Saturday, Dec. 5 to help everyone get in the holiday mood.

Five lovely Highland homes and one historic local church will be on the Tour, and all will be uniquely decorated for the holiday season. Those on the tour who have agreed to share their decorated homes and the joy of the holiday season with others are: Brian and Sarah Knobloch of 1403 Pine St., Dennis and Paula Calvert of 1349 Old Trenton Road, Steve and Terry Aebischer of 7 Willow Creek Drive, Kevin and Susie Dewaele of 39 Stone Drive, Darrell and Tammy Riechmann of 105 Tacoma, and the First Congregational Church at 801 Washington.

Hours of the Tour will be from 4 to 8 p.m. to maximize the evening beauty of the Christmas lights. You may start the tour at any time and at any home and take your time enjoying the warmth and beauty of the decorations. Light refreshments will be served at the end of the Tour at the Congregational Church.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Tickets may be purchased from Lisa Sauer at State Farm Insurance, 2670 Plaza Drive; Janet Nicolaides at Compustitch, 1010 Laurel St.; Jennifer Libbra at The Chocolate Affair, 801 9th St.; or by calling Muriel Brockmeier at 675-3368.
