Highland area police briefs for Nov. 23-Dec. 6

Indiana women charged with heroin possession
Highland police charged Lisa M. Milton, 26, of Westfield, Ind., on Nov. 25 with felony possession of a controlled substance for allegedly having less than 15 grams of a substance containing heroin. She was also with possession of drug paraphernalia.
HPD misdemeanor warrant arrests
▪ Austin E. Goldsborough, 19, of Highland was arrested on Nov. 18 on an HPD warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was issued a recognizance bond.
▪ Marquis N. Williams, 20, of Edwardsville was arrested on Dec. 5 on a warrant from Edwardsville police for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while having a suspended license. He was turned over to Edwardsville police.

▪ Cody R. Kluth, 30, of Highland was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking a LiveLove decal and an Instyler curling iron from Walmart having a value of $110.83.
Nov. 25
▪ Karena E. Haller, 29, of Marine was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Stephanie D. Rakers, 29, of Highland was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, speeding and illegal transportation of alcohol.

▪ Joseph H. Rodgers, 27, of Pierron was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Kelsey E. Morgan, 19, of Highland was charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Kenzie N. Muertz, 19, of Sorento was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license.
Dec. 1
▪ Robert E. Jackowski, 21, of Highland was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license.
Dec. 2
▪ Alisha L. Reid, 21, of Hillsboro, Mo., was charged with criminal trespass to property for allegedly entering a residence in the 1600 block of Lemon Street after having been informed not to enter. Reid was also charged with criminal damage to property for allegedly damaging the screen door at the residence.

▪ Rhonda L. Hemker, 42, of Highland was charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Kayla M. Miller, 20, of Highland was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

▪ Shelby G. Hanke, 19, of Highland was charged with driving while having an expired license.
▪ Daniel E. Kutz Jr., 33, of Highland was charged with disobeying a stop sign and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
▪ Heather A. Potthast, 27, of Highland was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license.
Dec. 6
▪ John J. Parker, 29, of Breese was charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and having an expired vehicle registration.
▪ Dale F. Holzinger, 35, of Highland was charged with having an expired vehicle registration.
▪ Sarah C. Purman, 37, of Highland was charged with driving while having a suspended/revoked license.
