Highland Knights of Columbus to host chicken dinner

The Highland Knights of Columbus will host a carry-out chicken dinner from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 24 at the K of C Hall, 12454 Illinois Route 143 in Highland. The lounge will be open if patrons wish to eat there.

The menu will include chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, cole slaw, green beans, applesauce and dessert. Cost is $9.50 per person. There will be free delivery in Highland area to shut-ins, as usual. Call 654-9049.

Proceeds will be used to finance local Knights of Columbus charitable activities.
