Butterbraid sales will begin this week. This is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year.
On Feb. 27, the PTO will host a Bowling Night/ Parents Night Out. There is still time to sign up for a bowling team. Cost to participate is $20 per person and six people to a team.
This year’s after-school skate camp will be held Feb. 23, 25 and 26. Cost is $15 per person with a limit of 20 people.
Classes will begin roller skating in P.E. on Feb. 16.
On Feb. 15, schools observe Presidents Day. There will be no school on this day.
Grantfork UCC
In the event of inclement weather and Sunday school and church should need to be called off, there will be a message left on the church answering machine by 7:30 a.m. Call 675-2595.
On Feb. 4 before the Churchmen’s Fellowship, Todd Zobrist, a firefighters and paramedic, will teach the group how to use the new Automatic Electronic Defibrillator (AED) that was recently purchased for the church. This will also be a time to learn CPR. The Fellowship meeting will follow at 7:30.
The Women's Guild will have a meeting at 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 4.
The Annual Congressional Meeting will take place following worship service on Feb. 7.
The UFO will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 9.
Wednesday, Feb. 10 will be Ash Wednesday service and choir rehearsal.
