Highland Business Women to host “Healthy Choice” cooking class

For its next meeting, the Highland IFBW will host a “Healthy Choice” cooking class on Monday, Feb. 8 at the Cabinetry Gallery, 205 Madison St. in Highland. Networking begins at 6 p.m., with followed by dinner, program and business meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The class will be led by a representative from St. Joseph’s Hospital, which will focus on healthier and better food choices/alternatives for our favorite foods.

Highland IFBW is an organization of “women helping women” and meets the second Monday of each month. All working women are welcome and invited to attend. Cost of dinner is $10.
