Highland Area Women’s Connection to hold “Total Restoration” brunch

The Highland Area Women’s Connection invites all ladies to at “Total Restoration” brunch from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at Urban Farmhouse Eatery and Pie Co., 15 Central Blvd. in Highland.

“Restore Your Furniture with Chalk Paint” will be the topic presented by Cindy Kenney of My Treasure House. She will demonstrate how to transform old and new furniture pieces in your home.

Jo Jean Voelkel of Belleville will also speak on “Restoration of the Family.” Voelkel, a homemaker and business woman, will share her family story.

No membership is required. All women are welcome. Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations may be made by calling Ruthie at (618) 882-6046 or email highlandwomensconnection@gmail.com.

Cost for this event is $11 per person, which includes the program and breakfast buffet, and is payable at the door.
