Registration now open for Spring Community Expo at Triad

The 2016 Spring Community Expo has been set for Tuesday, March 22 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Triad High School. The event is an opportunity businesses or organizations to be in front of hundreds of people of all ages. Vendors can display items, sell items, give out information or even do a demonstration. And, since it is the week before Easter, the will be providing vendors with some eggs to hand out to the children. Vendors can also bring eggs, if they would like, but it is not necessary.

Last year in the spring, the Expo had 115 vendors.

“We had several comments that it was just too many for people to visit. So this year, we are limiting the number of spaces to 80. Our Chamber members will be given first opportunity to sign up and then, if all 80 slots have not been filled, it will be opened to non-Chamber members (a space for them is $100),” said Dawn Mushill, chamber executive director. “If you are interested, I would suggest that you sign up ASAP. We have also added the opportunity after 80 vendors have signed up and paid, vendors could share a space, but remember, the space is still the same size, so think in terms of how much you want to set in your space.”

Applications to be available online at troycoc.com, only.

“There are just a few spaces to fill in, and you can make your payment online (there is a link) or you can mail a check. Your application will be processed after your payment is received,” Mushill said.
