Highland environmental group forms book club

The Greater Highland Area Concerned Citizens book club, “Stuck on Earth,” meets the third Thursday of each month at Latzer Library at 6:30 p.m., except on March 17, when the group will meet at 6 p.m. The book this month is Flush by Carl Hiaasen.
