Engagement: Gvillo-Frank

Heather LeAnn Gvillo and Douglas Clemens Frank of Highland are engaged.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ray and Julie Gvillo of Dorsey. She graduated from Bunker Hill High School in 2008 and from Greenville College in 2014, with a degree in elementary education. She is a clerk with the Madison County Regional Office of Education.

The groom-to-be is the son of Dale and Patty Frank of Alhambra. He graduated from Highland High School in 2004. He is a substation electrician with Ameren.

The couple is planning November 2016 in Edwardsville.
