Highland area police briefs for the week of April 25-May 1

HPD misdemeanor warrant arrest
Highland police arrested Kitty Jo Roles, 47, of Mount Vernon on April 29 on two warrants. She was wanted by HPD for theft and trespassing. She was wanted by Glen Carbon police for retail theft. She was taken to jail.

April 25
▪ Joseph Shea, 19, of Troy was charged with operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
April 26
▪ No tickets issued.
April 27
▪ Mary Arnold, 68, of Highland was charged with having an expired vehicle registration.
April 28-May 1
