National Day of Prayer event to be held on Highland Square

The Highland Ministerial Alliance will hold a National Day of Prayer event on Thursday, May 5 on the downtown Square. The evening kicks off on the Square at 6:30 p.m. with a little music, followed by a guided prayer walk that will travel down Broadway, and then south on Poplar to the school, then west on Lindenthal and back to the Square. There will be several stopping points on the route to pray for specifically for things, like the government, police officers, fire, firefighters, EMS, schools, churches, etc.
