Highland Business Women to learn about Latzer Library

Highland IFBW will meet Monday, Aug. 8 at Windows on Broadway in Highland. Networking begins at 6 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m., followed by the program at 7.

The meeting is being hosted by the Library Committee. Angela Kim, director of the Louis Latzer Memorial Public Library in Highland, will present the program and share information on the library and its various services.

This meeting will give members the opportunity to network with current and prospective members, learn more about IFBW and the library. Members are encouraged to bring a guest and/or prospective members.

Members are asked to bring a donation of “back to school” items, which will be distributed to area students through the Highland Area Christian Service Ministry.

Highland IFBW is an organization of “women helping women” and meets the second Monday of each month at various venues. All working women are welcome and invited to attend. For dinner reservations, call Margaret Bennett at (618) 654-4168 by Friday, Aug. 5.
