Highland FFA to host putt-putt golf fundraiser
The Highland FFA Alumni’s annual “Puttin’ ’Round the Country” miniature golf scramble is set for Saturday, Sept. 10. The event will be held rain or shine. Registration is from 9 to 10 a.m. at Grantfork Firmen’s Park, which is also where the event will begin and end.
The four-person scramble will have a shotgun start and have nine holes at various locations in the Grantfork area. Cost is $100 per team. Late registration (after Sept. 1) is $150 per team. You must bring your own putter.
There will be cash prizes, free food, a silent auction, as well as gravity ball and spirit award contests.
