Sarah Gnaedinger, 84

Sarah Anne Gnaedinger, 84, of in Rock Falls, Ill., died on Thursday, May 21, 2015.

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 26 at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Rock Falls, Ill. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery in Sterling, Ill. Arrangements were handled by McDonald Funeral Homes in Rock Falls.

She was born on Nov. 6, 1930 in the town of Rosebush, in Isabella County, Mich., to Richard and Roxie (Graves) Dubach. She had eight siblings, Fred, Roger, Bill, Melvin, Dolly, Francis, Earl and Elmer.

She married to Donald James Gnaedinger on Oct. 23, 1951 in Pocahontas. He survives.

She is also survived by her children, Mark, Debra, Gary, Mary and Donald. Her natural grandchildren are Erik, William (Michael), Lauren, Andrew, Elyse, Amanda and Brianne.

Sarah was active in the Right to Life organization, as well as St. Andrew Church.
