Edward Tamplin, 76

Edward Arthur Tamplin, 76, of Mooresville, N.C., died on Friday, June 12, 2015.

Visitation will be held on from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville, N.C.

He was born on Sept. 20, 1939 in Uxbridge, England, to Edwin and Winifred (Keeble) Tamplin.

Mr. Tamplin was a brick mason by trade.

He is survived by sons, Martin (Jennifer) Tamplin of Cornelius, N.C., and Christopher (Wendy) Tamplin of Ashboro, N.C.; a grandson, Nathan Tamplin; and several siblings, nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Jones Tamplin.
