Barbara Ann Holliday, 76

Barbara Ann Holliday, 76, of Troy died on Jan. 24, 2016 at Rosewood Care Center in Edwardsville.

Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan 29 at Gobblers Knob Cemetery in Hollister, Mo. Richeson Funeral Home in Troy is in charge of arrangements.

She was born on June 21, 1939 in East St. Louis. Mrs. Holliday retired from the Scott Air Force Base Military Airlift Command. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Surviving are her children, Karen (John) White of Edwardsville, Jimmy C. (Mary Ann) Holliday Jr. of Jerseyville and William (Renae) Holliday of Highland; grandchildren, Dakota Long, Icie and Raven Holliday, Brittany White, Robert Weishaupt and Elizabeth (Brian) Hay; great-grandchildren, Jaxon and Quinn Weishaupt, and Rosalie Hay; and a brother, William B. (Fran) Fisher of O’Fallon, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy C. Holliday; a daughter, Lisa Holliday; and her parents, James and Ann (nee Zenter) Fisher; and step-mother, Myrtle (nee Prather) Fisher.
