Amanda M. Kuegler, 31, of Highland died on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Highland.
Visitation and funeral services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland.
She was born on Aug. 10, 1984 in Greenville to Timothy L. and Karen L. (Bohnenstiehl) Kuegler.
She and grew up on a farm near Grantfork and had also lived in Pierron. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting and was talented with drawing. She was a member of Grantfork United Church of Christ.

Survivors include her mother, Karen L. (James) Leadbetter (nee Bohnenstiehl) of Highland; her father, Timothy L. (partner David Garrett) Kuegler of Belleville; a son, Kaleb S. Bijarro of Breese; her maternal grandmother, Ruth C. Bohnenstiehl (nee Mollet) of Pocahontas; her paternal grandparents, Everett E. and Frankie L. (nee Rigsby) Kuelger of Alhambra; her maternal step-grandmother, Margie F. Landmann of Highland; a brother, Eric A. (Misty) Kuegler of Highland; sisters, Rachel N. Leadbetter of Highland and Bridget L. (Drew Koonce) Leadbetter of Highland; several aunts, uncles and cousins; a nephew, Andreux E. Kuegler of Highland; and a niece, Rilee M. Koonce of Highland.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Earl G. Bohnenstiehl, who died on Oct. 13, 2012.
