CKL of I men’s softball league seeks team

CKL of I Thursday night men’s softball keg league is seeking a team for the 2015 season.

Approximately 15-week regular season and then playoffs; all teams make playoffs.

No lights on either field. Games are played at 6, 6:15 and 7 p.m. Single wall bats, limited flight balls. $250 entry fee. Losing teams chip in for half barrel after game.

No umpires; teams act as their own umpires. Teams can bring own beer and food each week.

Season set to start Thursday, April 30. If a team cannot start that exact date and/or until later, that’s not an issue; accommodations will be made, as the league is very flexible. CKL of I is located at 2800 N. Illinois St. on Illinois 159 in Swansea.
