The deadline for submission of applications for inclusion on the O’Fallon Veterans’ Monument for the Memorial Day dedication Friday, Nov. 11, is Thursday, Sept. 1. All honorably discharged veterans who lived in O’Fallon School District #203 at any point in their life are eligible. HSHS Medical Group welcomes new member to medical team

HSHS Medical Group welcomes Jennifer Schaefer, APRN, to their medical team. Schaefer sees gastroenterology patients at HSHS Medical Group Multispecialty Care - St. Elizabeth’s, which is located at 3 St. Elizabeth’s Blvd., Suite 5000, O’Fallon.

As an advanced practice clinician in gastroenterology, Schaefer diagnoses and treats disorders of the digestive organs, including the stomach, bowels, liver and gallbladder.

She earned her bachelor of science in nursing at OSF Saint Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford She received her master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

To schedule an appointment with Schaefer, people should talk to their primary care physician or provider about a referral. If individuals have questions about gastroenterology services, please call 618-641-5803.
