Shoe Collection Drive Fundraiser — Through Saturday, May 6. Papa Wally’s Produce, 138 Seibert Road, Shiloh. Fundraising for 4 Paws for Ability Autism Assistance Dog for 22-month-old Tucker. How to help: Donate new or gently worn shoes (mens, womens, or kids—no cleats, please) at Papa Wally’s Produce. Pick up can be arranged for group donations. Tri Township Library Book Sale — There will be no book sale on Friday, April 7 at the Tri Township Library, 209 S. Main St., Troy. The next book sale will be Saturday, April 15. McKendree presents The Guess Who — 7:30 p.m. The Hettenhausen Center for the Arts, 400 N. Alton St., Lebanon. One of the most successful Canadian rock groups of the late 1960s and ‘70s, The Guess Who charted 14 songs on the Top 40 Hit Singles chart during their career, including “American Woman,” “No Sugar Tonight,” and “These Eyes.” During their most successful period, The Guess Who released 11 studio albums, all of which reached the charts in Canada and the United States. O’Fallon Township Programs for Seniors: Rules of the Road Review Course — 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 19. Township Building, 801 E. State St., O’Fallon. The course is designed to give drivers – especially senior citizens and persons with disabilities – the knowledge and confidence needed to renew or obtain a drivers license.
