Biggest Loser kick-off
NBC’s The Biggest Loser is partnering with hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) to launch The Biggest Loser Community Challenge beginning June 13, but the kick-off event will be 12:30 p.m. Tues. June 14 at the O’Fallon Regency Conference Center located at 400 Regency Park Dr.. This is a national wellness initiative eight-week program that costs $21 for those of all fitness levels designed to help people reach their fitness goals and improve their overall personal wellness. Season 16 winner Sonya Jones, and Solvett Quince, trainer, will both be available at the event, but space is limited. For more information call 217-391-8591.

TRI-COR to hold 22nd Annual Golf Tourney
TRI-COR Industries Inc. is sponsoring the 22nd Annual TRI-COR Golf Tournament at the Cardinal Creek Golf Club beginning at Noon on Friday, June 17 to benefit Friends of Military Families. It will be a four-person scramble at $80 a person, which includes greens fees, cart, range balls, dinner, on-course beverages, closest to the pin, longest drive, door prizes and place prizes. Jubilant Jazzfest will be Saturday, June 18 at 7 pm at Faith Lutheran Church, 520 E. Highway 50, O’Fallon. This exciting program will feature big band music by Jubilant Jazz, Trombones 4, Women's Quartet and the vocal artistry of Becky Filkins and Don Schafer.
