Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is now open in Shiloh.

A grand opening for Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers was held on Tues., June 14 at the restaurant’s first metro-east location.

The 3,170-square-foot building once housed a Johnny Rockets restaurant. Now, following a total renovation that began in March, it seats 100 guests inside and also has outdoor seating available.

The franchise was founded in 2002 in Wichita, Kan. There are 202 locations across the country. The Shiloh site is the first in the metro-east and the third in the St. Louis area. There are locations in St. Peters and Cottleville, Mo.

The restaurant is open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
