Flu season has arrived ... time to get vaccinated
Flu shots are available at the 375th Medical Group’s Immunization Department for all beneficiaries except children ages 3-8. No appointment is necessary. Just stop by the medical treatment facility any time from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
For children ages 3-8, the MTF is experiencing a flu vaccination shortage; however, any of the local Walgreens Take Care Clinics listed below will provide the flu vaccination to children ages 3 and up (and adults) at no cost to TRICARE beneficiaries.
Remember, effective Dec. 1, Walgreens joined the TRICARE pharmacy network. CVS pharmacies (including those located inside Target stores) exited our TRICARE pharmacy network on the same date.
