Scott hosts prayer breakfast

Scott hosted a National Prayer Breakfast on Feb. 24 with the theme of “Faith worked 100 years ago and faith works now.” The guest speaker for the event was Maj. Gen. Dondi Costin, Headquarters U.S. Air Force chief of chaplains. During the event Costin said, “Faith worked 3,000 years ago, the same way it worked 100 years ago, it will work 3,000 years from today and the message is this: God has designed us in such a way that we can overcome. God wants to be your resource if you’ll let him be. Faith works. What I encourage you to do is, work your faith.”
