DEDICATION: A granite memorial to Cpl. Frank Scott was dedicated in front of the then-375th Aeromedical Airlift Wing Headquarters, or building P-3, July 20, 1976. He was the first enlisted person to be killed in an aviation crash. The memorial was later moved to Bldg. P-4.
