Howard receives key to city at Mascoutah Homecoming

Mascoutah Mayor Jerry Daugherty presented Col. John Howard, 375th Air Mobility Wing commander, a key to the city during last weekend’s 91st Annual Mascoutah Homecoming. Along with receiving a key to the city, Howard served as the grand marshal in Saturday’s parade.
