Scott Exchange shoppers save 15 percent on first-day MILITARY STAR card purchases through Oct. 26

The Scott AFB Exchange is boosting savings on first-day purchases made with a new MILITARY STAR card.

Shoppers who use a new card for the first time through Oct. 26 will receive a 15 percent discount on all purchases instead of the standard 10 percent discount that is regularly offered.

The discount is valid in-store at Army & Air Force Exchange Service facilities and online at ShopMyExchange.com and can be combined with other promotions. The discount will appear as a credit on shoppers’ first billing statements.

“The savings just got sweeter for those who get a new MILITARY STAR card,” said Exchange General Manager, Rita Sheridan. “What better way to get a head start on holiday shopping than with 15 percent savings?”

Each time cardholders make a purchase with their MILITARY STAR card, they earn points as part of a rewards program. Cardholders earn two points for every $1 spent wherever the MILITARY STAR card is accepted.

For every 2,000 points earned, shoppers will automatically receive a $20 rewards card. Rewards cards can be redeemed at any exchange location and online at ShopMyExchange.com and MyNavyExchange.com.
