Chief Master Sgt. Janna S. Wesley, chief of Diversity and Inclusion for the Air Force, visited Scott Air Force Base on Jan. 10.
Wesley discussed leveraging diversity in the Total Force to create a culture where all members are free to make their fullest contributions to the success of the unit.
She also had a question and answer session with attendees.
Wesley is the senior enlisted advisor to the director and staff on outreach, recruitment, talent management, and retention strategies directly impacting over 660,000 active duty, guard, reserve, and civilian Airmen
