Staff Sgt. Eric Dudley, 38th Cyberspace Readiness Squadron is this quarter’s winner of the Diamond Sharp Award.
Dudley ensures the quality control of 2.9 million IT assets across 286 locations, totaling $6.5 billion. His innovation led to the creation of two tools that reduced the workload by 85 percent. Dudley also redesigned the commander and squadron coins and the unit’s slogan.
In this regard, he showcased the unit’s accomplishments by creating displays for the unit’s front office.
Dudley led two teams for a morale contest, earning the unit $400. Most of his free time is spent leading a local church renovation team rebuilding the children’s ministry, and Dudley’s efforts have saved approximately $22,000.

Finally, Dudley recently earned his Awana Leader Certification, creating lesson plans and leading a weekly youth group in group activities to grow their faith.
