Scott AFB Exchange closed as focus is on family this Thanksgiving

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is a true example of family serving family as 85 percent of its work force is connected to the military. On Thanksgiving, the Exchange’s focus will be on family.

While all main stores will be closed Thanksgiving Day, the Scott AFB Exchange doors will open at 6 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving.

“As part of the military community, we understand how precious time together can be,” said Rita Sheridan, Exchange general manager. “Shoppers can spend time with their loved ones on Thursday and then start shopping early, at their Exchange, on Friday.”
