Three local businesses busted selling alcohol to minors

Three of 23 St. Clair County businesses failed liquor compliance tests conducted by police in April.

The Lebanon BP station at 743 True Value Drive, Bottom Dollar Cost Plus Foods at 620 S. Madison in Lebanon and Hayden Petrolium at 9221 Beller Drive in Mascoutah were cited for selling alcohol to minors.

The checks were part of a statewide compliance program organized by the Illinois State Police.
