Police investigate report of shots fired in Belleville
Belleville Police were in the preliminary stages of investigating a shooting call in West Belleville on Tuesday morning.
Police were at 44th and West Main streets at about 11 a.m. and were talking to neighbors along 44th Street. The site is across the street from O’Reilly’s Auto Parts and near McDonald’s.
Belleville Police did not immediately respond to requests for more information.
