Police are looking for a man who robbed the U.S. Bank Thursday inside of the Schnuck’s in Collinsville.

According to a news release from Collinsville Police, a 6-foot white man went up to the U.S. Bank stand inside of the Schnuck’s, gave the teller an envelope, implied he had a firearm, and demanded money.

After the teller gave him money, the man fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen walking east through the business complex at 501 Beltline Road, police said.

The man wore a brown Carhartt style work coat, dark pants, and a black ball cap partially covered by a black balaclava style ski mask concealing most of his face.

A weapon was never displayed during the robbery, police said.

No one was hurt in the robbery, police said.
