Person shot inside O’Fallon bowling alley; police arrest suspect

Police say a person was shot inside St. Clair Bowl on Wednesday night in O’Fallon.

O’Fallon officers were called to the bowling alley on a report of shots fired at 10:48 p.m., according to a news release.

A person was inside the bowling alley when he was shot. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive, according to police.

Police were able to identify a suspect and arrest that person shortly after, a news release stated.

No further information will be released at this time, as the case will be pending review by the St. Clair County State’s Attorney,” the press release stated.
