Pair arrested during traffic stop for possession of ecstasy, other drugs
Two individuals were arrested during a traffic stop for possession of methamphetamine, xanax and ecstasy Monday.
Officers with the Caseyville Police Department stopped Ahlam A. Hamid, Glen Carbon. During the stop officers discovered she the drugs inside of her vehicle.
Hamid was charged with Class 3 Felony possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Muhannad A. Heneidi, Caseyville, who was a passenger in the vehicle also was charged with possession with possession of a controlled substance.
Both Hamid and Heneidi’s bonds were set at $20,000.
