Three arrested in Granite City for distributing meth

Three people were arrested and charged with the illegal delivery of methamphetamine in a Granite City neighborhood.

Jerry Duncan, 66, James Kudelka, 39, and Amanda Kudelka, 40, all residents of the 3200 block of Franklin Avenue, are being held on multiple charges of unlawful delivery and possession of meth and other controlled substances.

According to a release from the Granite City Police Department, officers acted on a tip that there was illegal drug activity at the house. Investigators served a search warrant on Wednesday and the three was subsequently arrested.

The Madison County States Attorney has since filed charges.

Duncan is being held on $100,000 bond, while James and Amanda Kudelka are being held on $40,000 bond.
